You will need...

  • knowledge of ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 version 4.1 (ideally gained from attending LRQA’s 1 day ISO 22000 Appreciation and Interpretation course or LRQA’s 1 day FSSC 22000 v4.1 Appreciation and Interpretation course) 
  • experience of working in the food supply chain before attending this course 
  • knowledge of relevant key food safety legislation, prerequisite programs (PRPs), Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP principles as defined in Codex Alimentarius 
  • to understand the basics of how organizations work and the role of top management
