Our Business Assurance approach allows assessment to be tailored to how well your system manages and reduces operational risks in every aspect (eg quality, environment or health and safety) while still ensuring conformance to the full requirements of the chosen standard or scheme.
LRQA Business Assurance is built on three pillars: risk-based methodology, themed surveillance and continual improvement, which add value to traditional assessment and certification.
We offer a range of services to help you drive continual improvement throughout your organization, including:
Gap Analysis – Typically performed prior to certification or verification to identify areas for improvement and deliver confidence that a system is ready for formal certification or verification.
Preliminary Assessment – Essentially a ‘dry run’ to the formal certification or verification visit; you decide the scope and duration of this activity.
Certification – Typically, this consists of:
Stage 1 – Visit
Stage 2 – Visit, initial Assessment
Stage 3 – Surveillance and Maintenance of Approval
