LRQA Standards Update: ISO 45001 publication potentially extends into March 2018

Following a week of meetings in June 2016, during which ISO 45001 - the new occupational health and safety standard being developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) - moved to a second draft international standard (DIS2) stage, ISO/PC 283/WG1, the Working Group responsible for developing the new standard, met three weeks ago in Lithuania.

LRQA ISO Standards Update: Happy Birthday ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015!

Today, 15 September, marks one year since the publication of both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. This milestone also means that organisations currently certified to the previous versions of both standards; ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, are already one year closer to the transition deadline in September 2018.
