LRQA course instructors are highly qualified and experienced and are selected on their ability to make courses both practical and enjoyable.  Our instructors continue to practice as Registered Lead Assessors and have a range of backgrounds including manufacturing, food, service, construction and the public sector.

Juan Carlos Baldi, BSc, MSc

Experience
Juan has over ten years of training and auditing experience in Japan and North, Central and South America.  His prior, very diverse experience, includes 20 years working in aerospace, medical devise, water treatment and concrete and mining industries in numerous positions including Quality Manager.  In addition, Juan has taught at the Instituto Technológico de Monterrey and has been a judge of the Superintendent Quality Award in the state of Florida.

Denise Chambre, BSc, MBA

Experience
Denise has fifteen years of extraordinary experience in training, auditing, consulting and providing business guidance in the US and Asia.  In addition to founding and managing a multinational consulting firm headquartered in Hong Kong, she has been a much sought after expert to the World Executive Forum in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China, the Malaysian National Productivity Council, and Hong Kong University, to name only a few.  Since returning to the US, Denise continues as an international consultant, instructor, practicing auditor and business advisor to over 500 companies in the US and Latin America.  Denise has also been on the Florida Council Board of Examiners for the Governor’s Sterling Award: Florida’s state award for quality.

Robert (Bob) Clifford, Jr., BSc, MSc

Experience
Bob has over twenty years of diverse training, auditing and consulting experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance for industrial firms in the US, Canada, South America and Asia.  His environmental, health and safety expertise includes air, water and wetland permitting, environmental impact studies, environmental and safety regulatory compliance audits and site assessments for commercial and industrial real estate.  He currently specializes in assisting small and medium-sized enterprises with the implementation of integrated quality, environmental and safety management systems.  As lead assessor, Bob commonly assesses chemical, electronics, automotive and wood product manufacturers.  He began his educational and training experience as a mathematics and science high school instructor.  He has taught computer and mathematical-skills courses at the business school level, developed and taught graduate-level environmental technology courses as adjunct faculty member at a northeastern engineering university and presented numerous technical seminars on environmental and integrated management systems.  Bob also has developed LRQA training courses and US regulatory supplements.

Cesar has over fifteen years of training, auditing and consulting experience in the quality, automotive, aerospace and medical device fields in North, Central and South America as well as Western Europe. He has trained thousands of people in Quality/Automotive Auditing, and Management Systems and has performed over 3000 audits. In addition, Cesar has over ten years global experience in positions of responsible charge including Quality Manager, for various companies on three continents in the automotive, electronics/computer, medical and telecommunication industries.

Gregg R. Orth, BSc

Experience
Gregg has over ten years of training, auditing and consulting global experience in the quality, automotive and health & safety fields.  In addition to being a highly decorated US Army Ranger veteran, he has held positions of responsible charge with over twenty years of varied experience in the textile, paper, rubber and plastic, labor recruitment, and automotive industries, including a multi-year assignment to Western Europe.  Gregg has been a high school teacher and coach as well as Dean of Business and Industry Services for a Community College.

Experience

Bob has over twelve years of highly qualified training experience and has trained over 10,000 people in Quality Management Systems, Auditing and Business Development in addition to being an active participating Lead Auditor.  His prior experience includes over 20 years working for a Fortune 5 company in the power generation field with positions of Product Test Engineer, Manager of Testing, Quality Manager (including ISO 9001 certification), Process Control Engineering Manager, and various Project Management assignments including in Western Europe.  His background also includes being an adjunct Community College instructor of business and mathematics courses.
