Over 900 delegates from 47 countries were in attendance of day one of the Global Food Safety Conference in Orlando.
The opening meeting and plenary sessions featured key updates from the GFSI working groups, as well as speakers from Walmart and Goupe Danone. The consistent messages from the GFSI and key stakeholders focussed on global harmonization of standards, auditor competency and collaboration across the global food supply network.
