ISO 9001:2015 approved for publication

The long awaited revision to ISO 9001 (quality) has almost come to a conclusion and ISO 9001:2015 has been approved for publication. The revised standard will be available from National Standards Bodies from 23 September, just 8 days after ISO 14001:2015.

Speaking of the announcement, Steve Williams, LRQA System and Governance Manager said, “Now that we know when ISO 9001:2015 will be published, organizations can set firm targets to complete or begin their transition to the revised standard and get a head start on the three year transition deadline.”

With all the major ISO standards being revised, LRQA is at the forefront of communicating the changes. We offer a range of assessment services as well public and in-house training courses, all aimed at helping to ensure that organizations worldwide have a smooth transition to the new standards.
