This three (3) day course has been developed to provide participants with the knowledge to begin performing internal quality audits. Case studies and participatory activities are based on the ISO 9001 quality system standard.

• to have successfully completed the ISO 9001 Appreciation & Interpretation course if you wish to register as an Internal QMS Auditor
